1 Terms and Conditions

By placing an order you accept the following terms and conditions.

The following terms and conditions apply to orders and consignment of goods which are ordered by the client from the offeror.

Place of performance for all liabilities which result from the contract is Gudensberg. All prices are inclusive of german VAT, but exclusive of postage and packing.

By placing an order, a contract of sale between client and offeror accomplishes. By placing an order, these terms and conditions become accpeted.

The given terms and conditions are binding. Other agreements must be in written form (letter or email).

1.6
If goods which are ordered from the offeror caused any loss or damage, the offeror would not assume any liability. This applys especially, but not only, for accidents caused by the finished product (snowboard, ski, etc)!

In cases of force majeure, which applies especially, but not only, to strikes of the postmen, a prompt delivery can not be warranted. If a delivery was not possible due to force majeure, the offeror might withdraw from the contract of sale; possibly payed payments will be repayed.

Place of jurisdiction is, for both parties, Gudensberg.

2.1
If a product is converted due to customer request (this applies on blanks of all kind), or ordered apart due to explicit request, the client will waive his right of return by placing his order, as well as his right of withdrawal by paying.

3 Delivery terms

3.1
Shipping always takes place from Gudensberg, Germany; we optionally send via DHL, GLS or another shipper of our choice. By placing an order you also accept the terms and conditions of the particular shipper.

3.2
The goods will be sent immediately after receipt of money.

3.3
A pickup of the goods is always possible, but needs former announcement.

3.4
Shipping costs inside of Germany for packages until 10Kg 6,90 (DHL);
for packages until 20Kg 9,90 (DHL);
for packages until 40Kg or longer then 120cm) 16,80 (GLS)

, Inside of other Europe we send per GLS. The shipping costs are as following (until 40Kg):

Euro I: Benelux, Denmark, Austria 20,80
Euro II: France, Italy, UK 25,00
Euro III: Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden 33,20
Euro IV: Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia 34,20
Euro V: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania 56,40

The client has to control the goods immediately after receipt and and file possible complaints promtly. If there are any obvious transport damages, the deliverer must be informed and hold liable immediately.

3.6
A recompense of the purchase price due to defects is always impossible. If you want to complain defects, please contact us. All further particulars will be managed amicably for both parties then.

In case you want to send back goods, this has to be with full-payed postage. We do not acceept freepost packages!

4 payment terms

4.1
All prices are in Euro, including german VAT, but without postage and packing.

4.2
Orders will always be sent after prepayment.

4.3
After one-time dunning letter we always reserve the right to refer the outstanding money to a debt collecting agency.

4.4
The complete goods (also at part-delivery) stays our property until payment is complete.

5 severability clause
If one or multiple parts of these terms and conditions proved to be invalid, this would not cause invadility of the full contract. The invalid chapter will be exchanged for a corresponding statutory rule.
